Michael Rettenmeier - Founder
Woodcreek Landscapes was founded in 2020 by Michael Rettenmeier. Michael’s passion for design and the outdoors started at a very young age and led him to attending the University of Connecticut and earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Landscape Architecture. During his diverse 13+ year career working for multiple notable landscape architecture firms, Michael built a strong foundation with a broad variety of design experience, from detailed high-end residential projects to large scale commercial and master planning project types.
Now coming full circle, Michael founded Woodcreek Landscapes to pursue his passion of getting back into the field and combining design, craftmanship, and property care services focused on becoming a trusted resource within his local community. Throughout his career, he has always loved assisting clients in bringing their visions to life. His perspective, timeless design sense, and care for the client experience combine for the success of any project no matter the scale and scope.
